TASTING NOTES

A new evolution of the North American IPA. A light malt base, fermented low with Lallemand’s limited edition “Aurora” yeast, producing moderate esters with floral and fruity notes. Hopped with Idaho 7, Motueka and Azacca in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with Eclipse, Luminosa and Krush Cryo hops. The result is a clean, almost crisp, moderately bitter IPA that’s a little bit dank, and absolutely bursting with stonefruit and citrus.
