What are you drinking right now?
We’re deep into winter at the moment, so lots of Brown Ales, Amber Ales, Bitters and Stouts to warm the soul.
What trends are you seeing in the craft beer space?
Putting aside style trends, which are a bit more transient, I think the most important trend I’m seeing is that the quality of Australian craft beer is becoming really really good. Beer drinkers can select from a more diverse range of beer styles than ever before, confident that the flavour and consistency is of a high and ever-increasing standard. It’s a great time to be alive!
Do you have any exciting new brews coming up?
All our beers are exciting 🙂 but this month we will be putting a few new major releases out there for our drinkers. Firstly, there’s a couple of new brews from our Keller Door range to look out for – a hoppy, black duo of Cascadian Dark Ales (brewed at extra strength for bottles). On top of this we’re excited to be brewing our 3rd iteration of our Fresh In Season IPA with some prime ingredients from this year’s New Zealand hop harvest.
