This week we’ve compiled a list of our favourite brewery accommodation across Australia. If you love craft beer and enjoy staying somewhere a little different check these places out.

Red Hill Brewery
You can stay and play at Red Hill Brewery located amidst its own hop garden on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
These guys specialise in classic European beer styles, and the best part about a visit here is that you can join the brewers for a beverage at knock off on Friday afternoons.
The Brewer’s Cottage is a fully self contained, comfortably appointed three bedroom holiday house in the grounds of the brewery. Relax around the open fireplace with a beer in hand…now that’s our type of break.

The Lord Nelson Brewery
On the eve of his wedding, Craft Cartel’s owner Benny stayed at this historic hotel and brew-pub located in Sydney’s Rocks precinct. He could not think of a better place to drink beer with his groomsmen. The fact that the church was across the road was an added bonus.
The rooms here are clean and comfortable, but it’s really all about the fun, boisterous pub downstairs. This brewery has tonnes of personality and is situated in one of our favourite parts of Sydney. The beer goes alright too!

Ocean View Estates
Set in the picturesque hinterland between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Ocean View Estates is the perfect place for a short break. Spectacular views can be enjoyed from each of the self contained cottages, and with a restaurant, cellar door and brewery on site, there is much to indulge in.
The brewery side of this family business is headed up by Hannah Honnef. After 7 months travelling in Europe and exploring her German heritage, Hannah was inspired to return to the property to start her own brewery. She now enjoys a healthy rivalry with her winemaker dad.

Wilkadene Woolshed Brewery
Located on the banks of the River Murray, WIlkadene was a famous sheep and wheat station. The historical woolshed on the property has now been converted into the Woolshed Brewery, which features stunning views of the river from its deck; an idyllic spot for a beer.
Wilkadene Cottage on the estate will appeal to those who like to relax in a natural riverine setting. Although we personally don’t move too far from the brewery’s deck, there is plenty to do including water skiing, tennis, kayaking, cycling, boating, fishing, yabbying, and bird watching (binoculars supplied).

Matso’s Broome Brewery
Matso’s started life as the Union Bank of Australia in 1910, before being transformed into a cafe, micro-brewery and art gallery in 1997.
These guys aim to make beers that reflect the Kimberly region and are probably best known for their ginger and mango brews.
Directly opposite Matso’s you’ll find Moonlight Bay Suites, great self contained accommodation with uninterrupted views over Roebuck Bay and the luminous ‘Staircase to the Moon’.

Ironhouse Brewery at White Sands Estate
White Sands Estate is a stunning getaway – home to a brewery, winery and distillery.
IronHouse Brewery produces four handcrafted beers made from quality ingredients and Tasmanian water sourced from their own spring. During your stay pop into one of the daily beer tastings or enjoy a beer on the deck.
