Hound and stag Brewing Company, located in Arundel on the Gold Coast opened it’s doors in December 2022. It is the largest tap room on the Gold Coast offering a variety of 24 different beers and styles of beer. Many of these beers have won awards and continue to receive great reviews

This award winning micro brewery proudly won the Hot Tomato’s best pub on the Gold Coast in 2024 and also picked up the Master Builders best small to medium industrial construction for 2023 !  Hound & Stag Brewing Company brings together the three worlds of amazing food, live music and award winning beer ! Picture this – a sprawling 750 sqm industrial brewhouse that offers everything from a theatrical barn style fit-out, to intimate function rooms and private spaces, to one of the largest family-friendly outdoor beer gardens. There are multiple spaces for every mood and moment. Our kitchen is a star in itself. There is an expansive menu offering a wide range of delicious Aussie cuisine which caters for mostly all dietry needs. The brewery has a whopping 200,000 Litre per annum brewing capacity, fuelling 24 taps that offer everything from refreshing lagers to hoppy pale ales, IPAs, traditional German beers, and even a rich Black Forest stout! And then of course the ambiance. The venue is quite often alive with world class live music acts and has hosted superstars like Daryl Brathwaite, Thirsty Merc and the Wolfe Brothers.
