Spotty Dog Brewery is a Tasmanian brewery producing independent craft beer. Dreamt up by two brothers-in-law and their wives over an icy long neck in South America. An idea born through a shared love of travel and their amazing experiences with family, friends, and good beers along the way! Named after their Dalmatians, Mishka, and Mila, Spotty Dog is all about the love of sharing, hospitality, and family.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Prince of Wales Bay, Spotty Dog Brewery enjoys sweeping picturesque views of the marina up to Kunanyi /Mt Wellington. Only a 10-minute drive from Hobart CBD, the space accommodates up to 100 people, has ample undercover car parking, and is easily accessible.
Spotty Dog Brewery and Taphouse offers a unique experience for your special occasion. Visit, sit back, sip, relax, and enjoy the view from the open deck while taking in the best sunsets in Hobart. The barrel room is a particular favourite choice for booking private functions.
Inspired by American hop-forward styles and recently, German lagers, Spotty Dog always with an eye on incorporating local ingredients and brewing their inspired brews with local spin. The brewery is constantly inspired by its spectacular home state whether brewing sessionable faves or huge hop monster IPAs, Spotty Dog always showcases balance and the state of Tasmania.
