I’m not usually one for this fermented apple based beverage but today Colonial’s Bertie was my de-CIDER!
Here we have a perfect Aussie spring afternoon refresher! Cold pressed apple cider made from Victorian apples that pours the colour of champagne and dances across the palate, bright and bubbly.
A little sweetness upfront with a slightly dry finish…a well balanced cider.
