Friday Frothies – Coastal Booti KNEIPA Review

New Week, New Box, New Beer.

A Hazy NEIPA from a Craft Cartel favourite – The Coastal Brewing Co.

Brewed in Forster, New South Wales, this little brewery have been pumping out some good little beers this year and this is another to add to the list.

Brewed with Kveik yeast, this 5.3% beauty is bursting full of tropical fruit flavours and aromas, as you would expect.

A thick, juice like texture and a colour that looks like it is straight out of the Just Juice factory. A few too many of these on a warm day could be super dangerous.

I am not sure if it is the yeast that has been used to ferment this brew or the hop combination, but I am super impressed with the little to no bitterness from this NEIPA. It sets up a super session-able, smooth and just all round enjoyable beer.

As this is the first beer out of the subscription box for this month, the bar has been set really high.
