Friday Frothies – Hope Imperial Raspberry Sour Review

Welcome back to another Friday Frothy – brought to you by the ever fantastic Craft Cartel monthly subscription box!

This week was an easy choice.

One beer stood above the rest in the box last month and it happens to be the Imperial Raspberry Sour by Hope Estate.

And this sour is next level.

Full of flavour, but not a regular amount of flavour… I am talking five punnets of raspberries being squeezed straight into your mouth.

To complement such flavour, Hope have graced us with a next level tartness that really warms the cockles of the heart BUT is sooooo satisfying that it’s scary. And with such tartness, comes an ABV of 7%. Yes, that’s right… 7%.

Big, big fan of this and am going to have to find the rest of the series!

GREAT BEER. Absolutely love it.
