FROTHY REVIEW
An Aussie easy-going Pale Ale, taking its stone fruit and citrus notes from the American hops used late in the brewing process. Pouring a light golden yellow and appearing slightly cloudy in the glass. Mornington’s Pale Ale was a perfect Friday night knock-off drink, though there is still the frothy review to write!
The print on the tin notes passionfruit aromas however the verdict here at HQ was predominantly stone fruit aroma and citrus notes. Definitely lemon rind on the palate combined with a sweet, mild caramel maltiness. Overall crisp, smooth and flavourful.
Easy drinking for sure! Maintaining its bitterness, balanced with its citrus and stonefruit profile with every sip. A sessionable pale that goes down too easy. Pass us another!
