Friday Frothies – The Mill Brewery Freshest Haze Galaxy Wet Hop DDH Hazy IPA Review

Talk about flying under the haze radar.

The Mill Brewery (whom I have never heard of before) released this beauty and I rate this Hazy IPA up there with the big dogs.

Sitting at a solid 7%, this juicy, Galaxy Wet Hop, Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA is a thing of beauty.

A big title for a big beer, Mill Brewery have managed to keep it huge in tropical flavour and very low/almost obsolete in bitterness.

It is easy for bigger beers to get that hop burn or be too over whelming but the fact the team down in Collingwood have managed to create something that is so easy drinking yet so dangerously fun at the same time is exciting.

Galaxy Hops are my favourite so I am slightly biased to the beer, but everything just works so well together. Wet hopping just has that fresh taste about that you can’t get from anything else.

Absolutely love it.

Will keep an eye out for more for these guys (or gals).
