TASTING NOTES

Juicy Motueka hop cones were harvested from Garden 31 on Battery Hill, gently dried at the farm, air freighted to the brewery the next day and straight into a batch of hoppy New Zealand Pilsner. A maximum dose of cones in their hopback, once on the hot and again on the cold side ensures tasty and refreshing juiciness for all to enjoy.
