TASTING NOTES

Full bodied and dark. Little hop aroma and bitterness; the sensory on this beer is dominated by vanilla and spiced rum. Underlying chocolate and coffee characters linger. Finishes smooth with a slightly roasted aftertaste.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Aether Brewing was created by Dave (AKA the creative AKA the ideas man) and Jimmy (AKA the perfectionist AKA the action man). Dave has been brewing beer since he was a kid (though he’ll admit, his dad and his friends may have assisted him in the early years). He made his own home brew kit in 2006. It started tasting good in 2009. Jimmy has always been interested in drinking beer. Was never interested in making it. Well, he’d had a couple of goes when he was younger… but it sucked. Then he met Dave, and understood the science behind it a lot more, and the attention to detail it required.
