TASTING NOTES

Severance is a classic Belgian Witbier with an eccentric, Aether-inspired twist. Made with pale and wheat malts, orange zest, star anise, coriander and Manjimup black truffle. Flowing with a jammy-orange citrus glow, the senses are filled with star anise, coriander and citrus with a funky, Earthy undertone hidden in the depths. Sipping gives flavours of orange, peach and mellow Earthiness, thanks to a generous addition of orange zest and Manjimup black truffle. Closes out with a sweet and drying oak finish that keeps you coming back for more.
