TASTING NOTES

The Feelin’ Vine Mudgee Grape Pale Ale is a true labour of love. The timing had to be perfect, as they eagerly waited for this year’s white wine grapes to ripen for pressing. As soon as the moment arrived their brewers jumped in the Akasha van and high-tailed it to Mudgee to collect the freshly-pressed grape juice. Racing against the clock, they transported the liquid gold straight back to the brewery where it was immediately transferred to the fermenter to begin the complex process of co-fermentation with a classic Akasha beer base. The end result is something truly special; delicate, easy drinking premium Grape Pale Ale that they can’t wait for you to try!
