TASTING NOTES
The Cabernet Sauvignon is from both our established vineyards and some cold-soaked, young vine Entav 412 clonal material, while our best Merlot parcel went into The Blend this year as we didn’t make a 2019 Cabernet Merlot. Deep red in colour with a rich nose of liquorice, black fruits, cranberries and some vanilla from the wood, dense and fleshy. Fuller bodied with deep fruit, round soft tannins and lingering dark liquorice fruit characters. 2019 is an outstanding vintage and this is one of the best blends we have made.

TASTING NOTES
The nose is packed with plum and dark berry flavours, with a touch of black pepper. On the palate this wine produces some big up front juicy dark berry fruits, with young chalky tannins coating the mouth. This wine is drinking well now but will soften and integrate with time in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES
The Shiraz brings intensity, depth and body to the wine, and the Grenache adds a softness and vibrant juiciness. There is an enticing nose of dark plum, raspberry and bay leaf with hints of fennel and white pepper. Black fruits dominate the palate with touches of pepper.
