Ballistic Beer Co wanted to bring you the full Bru-1 Hop experience so they brewed 2 beers to showcase the hop, this is the West Coast IPA. Aroma is over ripe and freshly cut pineapple. The dry finish of this beer lets the layers of flavours from this unique hop really shine. Tropical fruit, pear and cut grass abound with this pure expression of Bru-1 Hops

Their Chef, Nick and Bar Manager, Mitch work hard to combine the magic of great food and beer. The decor is inspired by their rustic, industrial brewery beginnings. Finishing with a warm and cosy old pub style, their West End venue features leather, wood, steel and indoor plants.
