TASTING NOTES
An all Aussie hop assault of Galaxy and Vic Secret with a sprinkle of Enigma slam out aromas of mango, lychee , passion fruit and light pineapple. Clean orange citrus notes sail across the palate and dovetail with fluffy wheat and Balter’s Hazy yeast strain for a smooth mouthfeel. A soft but dry and tangy finish pushes the slurp factor into hyperdrive… As for the name? An all Aussie hopped beer needed an all Aussie beer name.
