Sweet, Sour, Salty. Born from a love of beer by lovers of beer. Two continents colliding into a can – a German classic, with an Asian twist. Utilising a traditional sour mash process and infused with real fruit, the resulting beer is a true taste of Asia in an Australian made beer. A redolent deep orange with a dense rocky head, sweet complex aroma and an evocative and intriguing sugary, sweet, salty, fruity and sour palate.
NOTE: The real fruit used in this brew may produce slight variation between batches…same same, but different.
Based in Metricup, WA Beerfarm make beers for every taste – from smashable lagers and complex IPAs to Sours and Saisons packed with flavour. Some of them love cask ale, others are partial to beers from the barrel – whatever you’re into, you’ll hopefully find a flavour to call your own.
