The Celtic Red Ale is classed as an Irish Red Ale in beer speak. It presents a wonderful deep red hue and a creamy off white head. The Red Ale has a big malty body owing to the use of caramelised malts and roast barley. Conceived by Ben Kraus in his dad’s back shed in 2005, Bridge Road Brewers has grown to become one of Australia’s best craft breweries. In their hometown of Beechworth they are constantly developing new recipes to satisfy the curiosity of themselves and their customers.
