TASTING NOTES
This Amber Ale is a deep copper colour, and on pouring will hold a fairly large white and off white head in the glass. The addition of earthy and floral Centennial and spicy, pine driven Chinook hops during both the boil and during the fermentation give it a distinctive aroma, and the flavour balance is typically towards late hops and bitterness. It’s a beer that is highly carbonated and medium bodied. Overall, an easy drinker that is packed with flavour. As Cooks River asks on the can – have you ever heard of the golden hour? It’s that time just before sunset where everything is infused with an amber glow. It’s also beer o’clock. Enjoy!
