Mornington Brown is an English-style brown ale, brewed using classic imported English ale malts. Mornington Peninsula Brewery’s Brown displays all the wonderfully rich and toffee characters associated with these malts. Pouring a deep golden brown with hints of red, aromas of toffee, brown sugar and raisins greet the nose. The palate offers more toffee and raisins, with a supporting cast of chocolate and nuts. Rich, full-bodied, smooth and moreish.

A sessionable crusher that works equally well on it’s own or alongside food (especially spicy Asian cuisine), our Hazy IPA combines a wheat-forward base and a NEIPA yeast to deliver a juicy mouthfeel and decadent haze. A dry-hopping of Vic Secret imparts some delicious tropical & piney notes that help to round out this light and refreshing IPA.

TASTING NOTES
Settle into the rhythm and experience a beer not of this world. This one can be closely described as an oat cream style with lashings of lactose and notes of black tea before power sliding and finishing on a pretty sweet note. This beer is smooth and oh so delicious, give it a go!

TASTING NOTES
A dark beer that is lighter and less roasty than a stout, but maltier and more full than a porter. A combination of several dark malts will bring a combination of coffee, chocolate, caramel, and dark fruit, while Munich and Maris Otter malts give the beer a toasty/biscuity layer. Finished in the brewhouse with a light dose of Centennial hops adds subtly earthy and floral aromas.
