This dark and mysterious beast uses Mornington Peninsula botanicals such as samphire, kelp and saltbush with a splash of Javan pepper and squid ink. Brewed in collaboration with Balcombe Gin (and with some of the actual gin thrown in – hey, that rhymes!) This is an ode to the Peninsula and nice way for two whacky dudes to get their noggins together!
