TASTING NOTES
A new world interpretation of an old world beer. The base recipe is a Franconian Schwarzbier, we then peppered it with Hallertau Blanc hops in the kettle and finished off with Ella, Motueka and Mandarina Bavaria for the dry hop. The rye and dark dehusked german malts give a undescribable cola/chocolate/spice flavour that dances around with the lime, white wine and subtle citrus characters from the hops.

Dainton Family Brewery started from a custom made 250L system located in Dan’s garage. Now the brewery boasts over 30HL system which produced the Australian Craft beer awards best beer of 2017.
