Rye and Rice lager with New World hops. Zesty and zazzy with a profound drinkability! A hint of spice from the rye with the lightened body from the rice are combined with beautiful pilsner and Vienna malts that sit up against a citrus and floral hop aroma and taste.
In 2009, Dan Dainton first asked his dad, Kevin, to help him open a brewery. Seven years later, after he’d studied brewing at Federation University in Ballarat, worked at James Squire and Holgate, and nomad brewed around town, Dainton Family Brewery finally opened.
