TASTING NOTES

Rye and Rice lager with New World hops. Zesty and zazzy with a profound drinkability! A hint of spice from the rye with the lightened body from the rice are combined with beautiful pilsner and Vienna malts that sit up against a citrus and floral hop aroma and taste.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

In 2009, Dan Dainton first asked his dad, Kevin, to help him open a brewery. Seven years later, after he’d studied brewing at Federation University in Ballarat, worked at James Squire and Holgate, and nomad brewed around town, Dainton Family Brewery finally opened.

The Dainton Brewery Tap House has 3 separate sections including a dining area for our rotating food truck calendar, along with a mezzanine area over looking the brewhouse and a beer garden perfect for IPA’s and sours on hot sunny days or cool winter nights with Imperial Stouts and Barley Wines.
