TASTING NOTES
Coming in at 5.7% ABV this big juicy, hazy NEIPA is packed with aromas of pineapple, mango & guava that pushes a smooth mouthfeel and big hoppy bitterness to the finish. Named in honour of Dubbo’s first publican – Nicolas Hyeronimus – Innkeeper at Dubbo’s first pub, the Carrier’s Arms. In spite of being a key part of Dubbo’s history and having several pubs under his belt, including establishing the Lion of Waterloo in Wellington, (the oldest licensed pub west of the blue mountains), locally his presence has faded over time whereas more attention has been paid towards his partner, Jean Emile Serisier.
