Ruby in colour, with rich copper hues. Hop driven aromas of currant and pear, rounded on the palate with a toasted malt character, light fruitiness and a balanced bitter finish.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Eden Brewery is located an hour and a half south west of Sydney in the picturesque township of Mittagong, Southern Highlands. They are a small, hand crafted, independent brewery with cellar door, creating a wide range of fresh and unique beers. Founders Deb and Jacob believe in doing things right, from using 100% green energy, sourcing only the highest quality ingredients for all their beers, and donating 10% of their profits to Oxfam.
