TASTING NOTES
India Pale Ales (IPAs) highlight the amazingly varied world of hops. Five Barrel West Coast American style IPA has little to no malt character, allowing the great mix of American hops to shine. Judicious layering of hops provides a complex set of piny, zesty, fruity flavours. Despite being nice and strong, this IPA maintains great balance and sessionability.

Using quality ingredients from the local area, and around the world, Five Barrel Brewing handcraft 600L batches of quality craft beers on site in Wollongong, NSW. Their beers are never filtered or pasteurised, so store them cool and drink them fresh!
