The subtle maltiness blends with a light fruity flavour from the fermentation. This pale gold beer is clean and soft on the palate. Delicate hops offering floral and lemon zest aromas with a dry finish.

In every restaurant kitchen and brewery they’ve worked since arriving in Australia, owners Thomas and Vince have always been called ‘Frenchies’. As two ‘Frenchies’ living in Australia, with an immense love of the Australian lifestyle and its people, they decided to adapt their Parisian bistronomy culture to the Australian taste and terroir.
