TASTING NOTES

This white ale (French style wheat beer) has been brewed with Frenchies good mates and hospo legends from the Parlour Group. This collaboration resulted in a fragrant, pale and cloudy ale with a beautiful citrus complexity from all the different spices. Best with coquillages and crustaces. Parlour Vous Frenchies?

In every restaurant kitchen and brewery they’ve worked since arriving in Australia, owners Thomas and Vince have always been called ‘Frenchies’. As two ‘Frenchies’ living in Australia, with an immense love of the Australian lifestyle and its people, they decided to adapt their Parisian bistronomy culture to the Australian taste and terroir.
