TASTING NOTES

Extremely vibrant and bright tropical aromas from Strata, Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Sabro and Cryo Columbus. The Cryo hops are not just more intense they also deliver a brighter, zestier aroma. All this comes with a light pillowy mouthfeel from the London fog yeast along with an Atlas and Winter Wheat malt combo and a touch of rolled oats and caramalt.

In every restaurant kitchen and brewery they’ve worked since arriving in Australia, owners Thomas and Vince have always been called ‘Frenchies’. As two ‘Frenchies’ living in Australia, with an immense love of the Australian lifestyle and its people, they decided to adapt their Parisian bistronomy culture to the Australian taste and terroir.
