Gypsy Fox Brewing Petite Noir Cascadian Dark Ale

TASTING NOTES

Gypsy Fox brews this beer like an American Pale Ale, with a generous amount of hops. However, they decided to giveputting Petite Noir a bit of personality by putting some roasted wheat in, which gives it a clean, crisp, toasty flavor, and a twisted personality.

Gypsy Fox Brewing is a a gypsy craft brewing company, located in the misty hills of the Hawkesbury, West of Sydney. They create a variety of sneaky brews for all Gypsies to enjoy. Their journey started when their Head Brewer, Liam Corr, traveled the deep south of the USA. He discovered an abundance of quality beer which was incomprehensible for him. All of his life up to that point, he had been forced to choose the same style of beer brewed by the same companies, mostly producing the same tastes. This sparked the idea and the possibility that there was a new world of beer waiting to be discovered. Gypsy Fox has continued to live up to its name, working with Badlands Brewery and Rusty Penny Brewing to produce the quality ale you enjoy. They have also been fortunate to collaborate with Brew Mountain Brewery and produced several unique limited ales. Gypsy Fox’s mission is to only produce high quality ales, that will leave you wanting more.
