Hop Hen Brewing is a small family owned and operated independent brewery located in Lilydale, Victoria. The brewery came about via their passion for brewing that got out of control harvested the hops from the plants that grow over the chicken pen in their family backyard! Deciding on the Hop Hen name came easily. All their beers are made with passion and pride. Beers made by locals for locals, so they are feeling plucky to have them on board at Craft Cartel!
