A robust English style porter that has a malt depth that is accentuated by the cherry wood smoked malt added to the grain bill. Allow it to rise slightly in temperature to really taste the malt profile in this dark beer.

Hop Hen Brewing is a small family owned and operated independent brewery located in Lilydale, Victoria. The brewery came about via their passion for brewing that got out of control harvested the hops from the plants that grow over the chicken pen in their family backyard! Deciding on the Hop Hen name came easily. All their beers are made with passion and pride. Beers made by locals for locals, so we are feeling plucky to have them on board at Craft Cartel!
