TASTING NOTES
An insane amount of New Zealand Riwaka and Australian Vic Secret hops give this IPA a powerful aroma of citrus, grapefruit, resin, pine, mango and pineapple. The aroma is mirrored in the flavour, with the malt playing the back seat driver, delivering you the hops. Long finish and big bitterness.
BREWERY SNAPSHOT
HopDog is located on the South Coast of NSW and produces hand crafted boundary pushing beers. It began its production in 2011, but like most good things has been in development for much longer.
