Hazy American style Triple IPA featuring both Amarillo and Chinook on the hop bill, the six types of malt used plus the addition of salted caramel delivering a delicious biscuity caramel flavour to this big IPA.
At the helm of Hope Brewhouse is head brewer Matt Hogan, who has been steering production since the breweries inception back in 2014. Matt brings a winemaker’s approach to brewing, mixing innovation with tradition. His productivity is only matched by his passion, punching out new crafty masterpieces continuously. At any given time, their taps are flowing with about 12 different brews at their Hunter Valley & Nelson Bay venues.
