Hope Brewery is back with another rare, wild and dangerous brew – the White Rhino. This baddie features all the classic hallmarks of a Hazy IPA, without the resin and bitterness of the OG 2019 Rhino. It’s a smooth glider that isn’t afraid to test the term “the sky’s the limit” and is not for the faint hearted – grab a mate, this ones for sharing.
At the helm of Hope Brewhouse is head brewer Matt Hogan, who has been steering production since the breweries inception back in 2014. Matt brings a winemaker’s approach to brewing, mixing innovation with tradition. His productivity is only matched by his passion, punching out new crafty masterpieces continuously. At any given time, their taps are flowing with about 12 different brews at their Hunter Valley & Nelson Bay venues.
