The team at KAIJU! Beer (Nat, Callum and Clara) describe themselves as nerdy scientists. In late 2013 they decided to start making beer professionally and released a Double IPA that was a little bit hoppy and got some attention. These guys are dedicated to their craft and do everything by hand.
