TASTING NOTES

A golden, gluten-free ale made with sorghum, rice and New Zealand Goldings hops. Auro is clean, very clear, light and refreshing, with full malty flavour and body.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Kereru brews British and European style craft beer. Their mission is to produce fresh, locally-supplied beers made from the finest ingredients available. The beers they make are free of chemical preservatives and (except for the honey ale) vegan. Hops, the low ph of beer and alcohol, are all natural preservatives.
