Little Alchemist Brewing Co.’s Signature Dark Ale from the Cascadian IPA family is something they’re really proud of. Its malt and hop profile give the illusion of a heavy stout but the taste of a light IPA. The rich colour comes from the midnight wheat, resulting in a beer with a deep rich colour without the astringent and bitter taste that black malts can attribute. It’s a great beer all year round and will leave you wanting to put back another one.
