TASTING NOTES

OK nerds, this one’s for you. Little Bang have taken a bright, traditional Pilsner recipe and given it a bunch of New World hops. They’ve dedicated this beer to six of the coolest new worlds discovered so far out there in our ridiculous, awe-inspiring universe. Settle in, grab a beer, and just imagine for a moment the sheer violence, the pristine stillness, the mind melting weirdness of it all… Maybe grab a couple, this could take a while.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

We’re the Little Bang Brewing Company, straight from the suburbs of Adelaide. We are Fil and Ryan, and our families. We used to make video games for a living, we were nerds for games. We still are, really, but now we make beer. The Little Bang Brewery is different to most commercial breweries, it’s a mixture of brewing and wine making equipment, and other bits and pieces we either found or invented.

DID YOU KNOW?

Little Bang don’t use preservatives or filter their beers, and they’re all vegan-friendly. They often find that we get a more complex, more interesting product with less intervention and a bit more time and patience.
