Developed using the newly isolated Philly Sour yeast strain, this dry, complex sour beautifully presents the fruity, grassy characters of Amarillo and Citra hops.

Little Bang Brewing Company, straight from the suburbs of Adelaide. They are Fil and Ryan, and their families. They used to make video games for a living, they were nerds for games. They still are, really, but now they make beer. The Little Bang Brewery is different to most commercial breweries, it’s a mixture of brewing and wine making equipment, and other bits and pieces they either found or invented.
