Local Brewery Co teamed up with their mates at Veneziano Coffee Roasters to pair their Ethiopian Halo Beriti single origin with their sour beer and orange. The result is a balanced brew that’s packed with flavours of orange citrus and the delicate floral and stone fruit notes of the washed Ethiopian coffee. Balanced brew packed with flavours of orange citrus and the floral/stone fruit notes of the washed Ethiopian coffee. Clean, crisp malt bill provides an excellent base to highlight the delicate notes of both the coffee and orange. Coffee aroma is strong off the bat and then fades to blend in with the orange as you let the beer settle and warm slightly. For increased coffee aroma, agitate the beer to create some foam and the coffee aroma will pop.
