TASTING NOTES

Visually, expect a light hay colour with a slight shade of pink. Aroma is a mix of subtle fresh field strawberry’s, wheat and light funk. Overall this beer is light, refreshing and moorish.

As the name suggests, Mismatch Brewing Co. is a ‘mismatch(ed)’ bunch of industry professionals and beverage specialists, who joined forces to launch a brewing company in South Australia. Despite the difference in personalities and backgrounds their values when distilled is all about the product. They relish transparency – from what ingredients they use to where they brew their beers.
