TASTING NOTES
Fred has a classic US IPA hop aroma and flavour of big citrus, tropical fruit and pine notes throughout. An assertive bitterness is balanced by the sweetness of the pale, crystal and wheat malt additions.
BREWERY SNAPSHOT
Murray and the team have been brewing unique and off-beat naturally crafted beers since 2006 and in the process have won a bunch of awards including Australian Brewer of the Year in 2015. The birthplace of Murray’s Craft Brewing Company was the tiny hamlet of Taylors Arm (population 50) on the NSW North Coast.
