TASTING NOTES
A light, dry malt base allows the gin flavours to shine through this unusual pale ale with just enough caramel to stand up to the aromatic flavour of the botanicals. Drinkers are left with a unique dry mouthfeel, reminiscent of gin.
BREWERY SNAPSHOT
Murray and the team have been brewing unique and off-beat naturally crafted beers since 2006 and in the process have won a bunch of awards including Australian Brewer of the Year in 2015. The birthplace of Murray’s Craft Brewing Company was the tiny hamlet of Taylors Arm (population 50) on the NSW North Coast.
