TASTING NOTES

They love this style, yeah strong words, but this summer style saison brewed in open top fermenters ticks all the boxes. You’ll start with classic saison aromas mixed with citrus and floral notes thanks to the large dry hop of Ella flowers. The body is super dry with fruits and a touch of earthiness.
