TASTING NOTES

The second release of One Drop’s new sour base with a fresh and juicy dose of Lychee and Passionfruit added at just the right time to give big fresh fruity hits. A traditional base, heavy in malted wheat and barley, along with a novel blend of 2 different bacteria, a unique yeast strain, and a West Scandinavian Kveik. Expect tropical and fruit-forward tartness backed up with a sweet, fresh lychee finish.
