One Drop Watermelon & Rose Sour

TASTING NOTES

Our first sour release after the winter Solstice and the darkest day of the year. This beer signifies a blooming year as Spring is on the horizon. Where things are again opening up with glimpses of a normal life at the end of the tunnel. It is soft, tart, nuanced and full of fresh, pulpy watermelon with subtle blooms of Turkish Rose floral notes. Enjoy it as a reminder of the good days that lay ahead.
