Pirate Life South Coast Pale Ale, 355ml, ABV 4.4%
This landmark pale encompasses their founding vision of ingenuity, their unwavering commitment to quality and the laid-back spirit of the South Coast – or as they Pirates prefer to call it, home.
Once poured, peach and citrus drift from the pint, spurring imagery of backyard trees laden with fruit. The first mouthful sends pineapple, sweet malt and a gentle bitterness across the palate. It’s light-bodied, refreshing and built to session. They were born on the Nullarbor and raised in a shed on the Adelaide Plain, and while they continue to grow, some things will never change, like their passion for making great beer and their enduring love of the South Coast.

Pirate Life Açai and Passionfruit Sour, 355ml, ABV 3.8%
The nose is passion pulp driven and clean, picked lemon, raspberry sherbet, each bubble bursting to release a suggestion of the tartness to come. Palate strikes fresh, lemon rind, stone fruits, tight acidity, a whisper of wheat malt leads to a clean, dry finish. Perfection!

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Adelaide deserves to be famous for more than churches and an iced coffee fetish. Sunshine, great food, better wine and famous festivals; it was the obvious choice for Pirate Life. Adelaide might have funny tasting water, but that doesn’t stop them from making a darn good brew.
