This one is our most popular, surprisingly, with both kids & adults, by itself or with booze. Inspired by Southern State of America’s grilled lemonade. LP Quality Meats in Chippendale smokes our water using two native woods; fruitwood & ironbark. Then we add lemon and lime juice & peel as well as rosemary. The native woods give this morish lemonade a real meaty smoke that contrasts nicely with the citrus & rosemary. Try it with gin, vodka or whisky. Also great by itself
